Discussion on the value of perioperative pain nursing management for patients with trauma and orthopedics in their rapid recovery
创伤骨科患者围术期运用疼痛护理管理对其快速康复的价值探讨

摘要

目的 探讨创伤骨科患者围术期运用疼痛护理管理对其快速康复的临床护理效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的创伤骨科患者40例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数均为20例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用疼痛护理管理，比较这两种方法对创伤骨科患者的临床护理效果。结果 经过数据分析可以发现，观察组患者护理后的NRS疼痛评分、平均住院时间和护理满意度，与对照组患者护理后的相关数据，均存在着明显的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在创伤骨科患者围术期采用疼痛护理管理，可以显著降低患者护理过程中的疼痛感，使患者对护理工作的满意度大大提升，促进创伤骨科患者的早日出院。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical nursing effect of perioperative pain nursing management for patients in orthopedic trauma.
Methods: A total of 40 orthopedic trauma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 20 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, and patients in the observation group were treated with pain nursing management. The clinical nursing effects of these two methods on orthopedic trauma patients were compared.
Results: After data analysis, it can be found that the NRS pain score, average length of stay and nursing satisfaction of the observation group after nursing are significantly different from the related data of the control group after nursing, which is statistically significant (P< 0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of pain nursing management in the perioperative period of orthopedic trauma patients can significantly reduce the pain in the nursing process of patients, greatly improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work, and promote the early discharge of orthopedic trauma patients.
