Nursing Risk Factors and Preventive Measures of Nurses in Gastroenterology Department

摘要
目的 对消化内科护士护理风险的相关因素进行分析,并根据分析结果提出相应的防范措施。方法 我院消化内科收治的患者为纳入分析对象的主要方向,主要选取时间为2020年4月至2021年4月,选取人数为80例。为了深入分析护理风险因素,运用分组对比的方法,根据患者的入院顺序排序,将单数分为参照组(n=40),双数分为研究组(n=40),参照组不做特殊处理仅采用常规护理方法,研究组对护理风险因素进行全面地分析,并根据分析结果提出相应的护理对策,使用以上方法后需要对患者的临床情况详细地观察,并将护理结果以及护理人员专业性效果作为研究的主要数据进行记录,同时将上述数据对比后分析。结果 统计护理结果的过程中发现,研究组无论是护理风险事件发生率5.0%(2/40)、护理满意度95.0%(38/40),还是护理质量评分(96.42±2.27)分,与参照组护理风险事件发生率17.5%(7/40)、护理满意度82.5%(33/40)、护理质量评分(85.76±1.39)分相比存在较大的优势,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员专业性效果与参照组相比具有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消化内科护理工作中存在较大的风险,对护理质量有一定的影响,应该加强相关因素分析,并在护理人员护理期间采用相关措施,能够有效地提高护理效果和安全性。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the related factors of nursing risk for nurses in the department of digestive medicine, and to propose corresponding preventive measures based on the analysis results. Methods: The patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital were the main directions for inclusion in the analysis. The main selection period was from April 2020 to April 2021, and the number of selected patients was 80 cases. In order to analyze the nursing risk factors in depth, using the method of group comparison, according to the order of admission of patients, the odd numbers are divided into the reference group (n=40), the even numbers are divided into the study group (n=40), and the reference group is not subject to special treatment. Using only conventional nursing methods, the research team conducts a comprehensive analysis of nursing risk factors, and proposes corresponding nursing countermeasures based on the analysis results. After using the above methods, it is necessary to observe the patient's clinical situation in detail, and the nursing results and the professionalism of the nursing staff The effect is recorded as the main data of the research, and the above-mentioned data is compared and analyzed. Results: During the process of statistics of nursing results, it was found that the study group had no matter the nursing risk event rate was 5.0% (2/40), the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.0% (38/40), or the nursing quality score (96.42±2.27) points. Compared with the reference group's nursing risk event rate of 17.5% (7/40), nursing satisfaction 82.5% (33/40), and nursing quality score (85.76±1.39), there are greater advantages, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the reference group, the professional effect of nursing staff in the study group had advantages, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : There are greater risks in the nursing work of the gastroenterology department, which has a certain impact on the quality of nursing. It is necessary to strengthen the analysis of related factors and adopt relevant measures during the nursing period of nursing staff to effectively improve the nursing effect and safety.
