摘要

目的 探讨在髋膝关节术后采用综合护理模式对下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法 研究对象从我院接受髋膝关节手术治疗的患者中选择，于2020年5月－2021年5月确定研究对象，选取人数为80例。在运用综合护理的过程中，为了能够明显的凸显出该方法的效果，以对比的研究方式为主，使用计算机将患者排序后，设立研究组和参照组两个小组，将80例患者以40例每组的方法平均分配至两组，并采用不同的方法进行护理，其中参照组患者接受常规护理，研究组中患者接受综合护理；护理后观察患者的详细情况，如患者术后的相关指标，并记录患者是否发生下肢深静脉血栓以及发生情况，同时统计患者是否对护理满意。将以上数据统计后进行比较。结果 研究组患者的住院时间短于参照组，同时术后早期活动患者多于参照组，便秘和输血患者少于参照组，上述结果比较，前者具有明显的优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。参照组下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显高于研究组｛60.0%（24/40）比15.0%（6/40）}，该结果相比，研究组具有优势，差异十分显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。记录两组满意度后进行比较｛参照组70.0%（28/40）比研究组92.5%（37/40）}，以上数据后者有显著优势（P＜0.05），差异和统计学意义明显。结论 采用综合护理的模式进行髋膝关节术后患者的护理，有利于促进患者临床指标的改善，对下肢深静脉血栓有着良好的预防作用，护理效果显著，临床中具有较大的推广和应用前景。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities after hip and knee surgery.
Methods: The study subjects were selected from the patients undergoing hip and knee surgery in our hospital. The study subjects were determined from May 2020 to May 2021, and the number of subjects selected was 80 cases. Results: The length of hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group. At the same time, there were more patients with early postoperative activities than the reference group, and fewer patients with constipation and blood transfusion than the reference group. Compared with the above results, the former had obvious advantages and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of the reference group was significantly higher than that of the study group {60.0% (24/40) vs. 15.0% (6/40)}. Compared with the study group, this result has advantages, and the difference is very significant and statistically significant ( P<0.05). The satisfaction of the two groups was recorded and compared {reference group 70.0% (28/40) compared with study group 92.5% (37/40)}. Conclusion  : Adopting a comprehensive nursing model to care for patients after hip and knee joint surgery is beneficial to improve the clinical indicators of patients, and has a good preventive effect on deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.
