The effect of pain nursing program on elderly women with osteoporosis and low back pain

摘要
目的 对疼痛护理方案在老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者中的影响进行分析和研究。方法 本次研究于2018年6月开始，于2020年6月结束，以在研究时间内本院接收的老年女性骨质疏松患者共86例作为研究对象展开研究。为了更好的提升研究内容的准确性，将对86例患者进行分组探讨，按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各43例，在研究过程中分别针对两组患者采用不同的护理方式，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用疼痛护理方案，最终采用统计学软件对两组患者的护理效果以及护理满意度进行对比。结果 经对比发现，观察组患者的护理效果和护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者的护理过程中采用疼痛护理方案可以有效的改善患者的护理效果，同时提升患者的护理满意度，有临床推广的价值和意义。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze and study the effect of pain nursing program in elderly women with osteoporosis and low back pain. Methods: The study started in June 2018 and ended in June 2020. A total of 86 elderly female osteoporosis patients accepted by our hospital during the study period were used as the research objects. In order to better improve the accuracy of the research content, 86 patients will be divided into groups for discussion, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 43 cases in each group. During the research process, different groups of patients will be used. The control group adopts routine nursing, the observation group adopts the pain nursing plan, and finally the statistical software is used to compare the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results: After comparison, it was found that the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : In the nursing process of elderly female patients with osteoporosis and low back pain, the use of pain nursing program can effectively improve the patient's nursing effect, and at the same time improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which has the value and significance of clinical promotion.
