在子宫肌瘤护理中护理质量持续改进的应用价值评估

摘要
目的 评估子宫肌瘤护理中护理质量持续改进的应用价值。方法 在2019年5月~2020年1月期间，我院治疗了124例子宫肌瘤患者，将其作为本次的研究对象，并根据护理方式分为改进组和基础组。给予基础组基础性护理，给予改进组护理质量持续改进措施，将患者的护理质量（护理安全，护理文书管理，基础护理，病房管理）、护理有效率进行比较分析。结果 基础组患者的各项护理质量评分明显不如改进组，P＜0.05；改进组患者的护理有效率（100.00%）显著高于基础组（80.65%），P＜0.05。结论 在子宫肌瘤护理中护理质量持续改进的应用价值较高，能够有效提升患者的护理质量，护理效果也明显较好，因此值得在临床上广泛推广。

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the application value of continuous improvement of nursing quality in hysteromyoma nursing. Methods: 124 patients with hysteromyoma were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to January 2020,and they were divided into improvement group and basic group according to the nursing methods. The nursing quality(nursing safety, nursing document management, basic nursing, ward management)and the effective rate of nursing were compared and analyzed. Results: the scores of nursing quality in the basic group were significantly lower than those in the improved group(P<0.05);The nursing efficiency of the improved group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the basic group(80.65%),P<0.05. Conclusion : the application value of continuous improvement of nursing quality in hysteromyoma nursing is high, which can effectively improve the nursing quality of patients, and the nursing effect is also obviously good, so it is worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
