探讨预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探究在骨科护理中采用预见性护理指引的临床价值。方法 我院骨科收治的患者为纳入分析对象的主要方向，主要选取时间为2020年3月至2021年3月，选取人数为80例。为了深入了解预见性护理指引的应用效果，运用分组对比的方法，根据患者的入院顺序排序，将单数分为参照组（n=40），双数分为研究组（n=40），使用常规方法护理参照组患者，在此护理方案下给予研究组预见性护理指引的护理模式，使用以上方法后需要对患者的临床情况信息详细的观察，并将患者的住院时间、并发症发生率以及护理满意度作为研究的主要数据进行记录，同时将上诉数据对比后分析。结果 研究组患者的住院时间与参照组相比，后者较长，存在明显差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。｛研究组并发症发生率2.5%（1/40）、护理满意度95.0%（38/40）比参照组并发症发生率12.5%（5/40）、护理满意度80.0%（32/40）}，以上比较前者较优，（P＜0.05）表明差异有统计学意义。结论 在骨科护理中采用预见性护理指引能够有效地提高护理效果，减少患者的并发症发生率，同时促进患者满意度提高，对患者的恢复有着积极作用，可在今后护理中广泛应用和推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical value of using predictive nursing guidelines in orthopedic nursing.
Methods: The patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in our hospital were the main direction for inclusion in the analysis. The main selection time was from March 2020 to March 2021, and the number of selected patients was 80 cases. In order to understand the application effect of predictive nursing guidelines, we use the method of group comparison and sort the patients according to the order of admission. The odd numbers are divided into the reference group (n=40), the even numbers are divided into the study group (n=40), and the routine is used.
Methods Nursing patients in the reference group were given the predictive nursing guidelines of the study group under this nursing plan. After using the above methods, the patient’s clinical information needs to be observed in detail, and the patient’s hospital stay, complication rate, and nursing care Satisfaction is recorded as the main data of the research, and the appeal data is compared and analyzed.
Results: Compared with the reference group, the hospital stay of the patients in the study group was longer, which was significantly different and statistically significant (P<0.05). {The complication rate in the study group was 2.5% (1/40), and the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.0% (38/40) compared with the reference group. The complication rate was 12.5% (5/40) and the nursing satisfaction rate was 80.0% (32/40). }, the former is better than the above, (P<0.05) shows that the difference is statistically significant.
Conclusion  : The use of predictive nursing guidelines in orthopedic nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect, reduce the incidence of patient complications, and at the same time promote the improvement of patient satisfaction, which has a positive effect on the recovery of patients, and can be widely used and promoted in future nursing.
