Application of dynamic blood glucose monitoring data analysis in diabetes diet therapy education
动态血糖监测数据分析在糖尿病饮食治疗教育中的应用

摘要
目的 分析动态血糖监测数据分析在糖尿病饮食治疗教育中的应用。方法 本次对照实验中,将70例糖尿病患者作为实验研究对象,经临床诊断,其均存在不同程度的“三多一少”糖尿病典型临床症状,符合实验入组标准。同时,在患入组后,采用随机数字法将其分配为两组,一组为对照组,另一组为观察组,前者使用常规糖尿病饮食治疗教育,观察组则在对照组基础上增加动态血糖监测系统,对比两种不同干预方法下患者的血糖变化及患者的健康教育评分。结果 在采取干预前,两组糖尿病患者的FBG、PBG血糖情况无明显差异,(P>0.05),但在干预后,观察组患者FBG降至(5.85±0.83)mmol/L,PBG降至(7.58±1.18)mmol/L,而反观对照组以上血糖指标分别为(7.58±1.87)mmol/L、(10.03±2.84)mmol/L,相比之下干预前两组患者血糖指标均得到了改善,其中观察组改善情况更优,(P<0.05)。其次,观察组患者对饮食健康教育的理论知识、动手操作评分应显著高于对照组,数据间存在统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病饮食健康治疗教育中实施动态血糖监测,能够准确反映患者的血糖动态变化情况,对提升患者糖尿病健康知识认知深度、提高饮食合理性有重要作用。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application of dynamic blood glucose monitoring data analysis in diabetes diet therapy education. Methods: In this controlled experiment, 70 diabetic patients were taken as the experimental research objects. After clinical diagnosis, they all had different degrees of typical clinical symptoms of "three more and one less" diabetes, which met the criteria for entry into the experiment. At the same time, after the patients were enrolled in the group, they were divided into two groups by random number method. One group was the control group and the other group was the observation group. The former used conventional diabetes diet therapy education, and the observation group added dynamics based on the control group. The blood glucose monitoring system compares the patient's blood glucose changes and the patient's health education score under two different intervention methods. Results: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in FBG and PBG blood glucose between the two groups of diabetic patients (P>0.05), but after the intervention, the FBG of the observation group decreased to (5.85±0.83) mmol/L, and the PBG decreased (7.58±1.18) mmol/L, while the blood glucose indicators above the control group were (7.58±1.87) mmol/L and (10.03±2.84) mmol/L, in contrast, the blood glucose indicators of the two groups before the intervention Improvement, the observation group improved better, (P<0.05). Second, the observation group's theoretical knowledge and hands-on scores for dietary health education should be significantly higher than those of the control group, and there is statistical significance among the data (P<0.05). Conclusion : The implementation of dynamic blood glucose monitoring in the education of diabetic diet health treatment can accurately reflect the dynamic changes of patients' blood glucose, which plays an important role in enhancing patients' knowledge of diabetes health and improving the rationality of diet.
