Psychological Intervention Effect of Narrative Therapy on Patients with End-stage Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
叙事疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病终末期患者的心理干预作用

摘要

目的 对慢性阻塞性肺疾病终末期患者心理干预中常规护理及叙事疗法的应用价值进行对比分析。方法 本次实验对象为慢性阻塞性肺疾病终末期患者，本次实验在2019年5月初开始实施，正式结束时间为2021年3月，实验对象共计82例。随机编号结果的奇偶性为本次实验的分组依据，对照组患者实施常规护理，实验组患者实施叙事疗法，对两组患者焦虑及抑郁评分、生活质量评分进行分析和对比。结果 对本次实验进行系统的分析，实验组及对照组患者焦虑及抑郁评分相比后者较高，差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）；对本次实验进行全面的分析，实验组及对照组患者生活质量评分相比后者较低，差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在慢性阻塞性肺疾病终末期患者心理干预中叙事疗法的应用效果优于常规护理，其在降低患者焦虑及抑郁评分、提高患者生活质量评分方面作用较为突出。

Abstract

Objective: To compare and analyze the application value of conventional nursing and narrative therapy in psychological intervention for patients with end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment are patients with end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The experiment started in early May 2019 and officially ended in March 2021. There were a total of 82 subjects in the experiment. The parity of the random number results is the grouping basis for this experiment. The patients in the control group received routine care, and the patients in the experimental group received narrative therapy. The anxiety and depression scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared.
Results: A systematic analysis of this experiment showed that the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group and the control group were higher than the latter, and the difference was more prominent (p<0.05); a comprehensive analysis of this experiment, the experimental group and Compared with the latter, the quality of life score of patients in the control group was lower, and the difference was more prominent (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application effect of narrative therapy in the psychological intervention of patients with end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better than that of conventional nursing, and its effect is more prominent in reducing patients' anxiety and depression scores and improving patients' quality of life scores.
