The role and effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of children with viral myocarditis
人性化护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎护理中的作用与效果

摘要

目的 观察人性化护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎护理中的作用与效果。方法 采用医学实验调查统计法，对我院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的58例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿的研究资料进行抽样研究，依照护理方法研究差异不一，等比例划定为对照组和实验组。给予对照组患儿常规护理，给予实验组人性化护理，临床就两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果 实验组和对照组的护理满意度对比分别为93.10%（27/29）和75.86%（22/29），有统计学意义（P<0.05）。随访一月后，观察组和对照组在活动耐力改善情况、潜在并发症防控效果、患儿及家属知晓率上，有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿人性化护理的护理满意度效果确切，并可显著改善患儿活动耐力改善情况、潜在并发症防控效果、患儿及家属知晓率，值得在该类患儿的临床实践中大力推广实施。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the role and effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of children with viral myocarditis.
Methods: Using the statistical method of medical experiment investigation, we sampled the research data of 58 children with viral myocarditis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021. According to the differences in nursing methods, the research was divided into equal proportions. It is the control group and the experimental group. The children in the control group were given routine care, and the experimental group was given humanized care. The clinical results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results: The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group was 93.10% (27/29) and 75.86% (22/29), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). After one month's follow-up, the observation group and the control group had statistical significance in the improvement of activity endurance, the prevention and control effect of potential complications, and the awareness rate of children and their families (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The nursing satisfaction effect of the humanized nursing of children with viral myocarditis is definite, and it can significantly improve the improvement of children's activity endurance, the prevention and control effect of potential complications, and the awareness rate of children and their families. Vigorously promote and implement in clinical practice.
