心血管介入手术期间的护理配合效果

摘要

目的 探究心血管介入手术期间的护理配合措施及临床效果。方法 为探究更加有针对性的介入手术配合措施，于我院心内科中选取82例患者作为实验研究对象，其均存在有不同类型的心血管疾病，符合心血管介入手术治疗条件。使用随机数字法将82例患者平均分配为不同组别，每组41例患者，即使用常规护理的对照组和使用护理配合干预的观察组，并对比两种不同模式下的临床效果。结果 经实验结果对比来看，观察组患者在护理干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分均明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。同时，观察组出现1例便秘，1例尿潴留以及1例失眠情况，并发症发生率7.31%；对照组出现2例便秘，2例尿潴留、3例失眠、2例褥疮以及1例切口感染，并发症发生率24.39%，对比来看观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 于心血管介入手术期间实施护理配合干预，可以有效提升护理质量，缓解患者心理压力。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the nursing cooperation measures and clinical effects during cardiovascular interventional surgery.
Methods: In order to explore more targeted interventional intervention measures, 82 patients in our hospital's cardiology department were selected as experimental research subjects, all of whom have different types of cardiovascular diseases, which meet the conditions of cardiovascular interventional surgery. Using the random number method, 82 patients were equally divided into different groups, 41 patients in each group, namely the control group using conventional care and the observation group using nursing cooperation intervention, and the clinical effects of the two different modes were compared.
Results: According to the comparison of experimental results, the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the observation group had 1 case of constipation, 1 case of urinary retention, and 1 case of insomnia. The complication rate was 7.31%; the control group had 2 cases of constipation, 2 cases of urinary retention, 3 cases of insomnia, 2 cases of bedsores, and 1 case of incision infection. , The complication rate was 24.39%. By comparison, the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of nursing cooperation intervention during cardiovascular interventional surgery can effectively improve the quality of care and relieve the psychological pressure of patients.
