心理疏导在心内科护理中的临床应用分析

摘要

目的 探究在心内科护理工作中心理疏导的临床应用方法和效果。方法 本研究开展期间选择我院心内科收治的患者共计74例作为主要分析对象，研究开始于2019年10月，结束于2020年10月，为了深入了解心理疏导，本次使用对比的研究方法，将所有的患者根据1:1的比例分为两组，分别命名为对照组（常规护理，n=37例）、观察组（常规护理+心理疏导，n=37例），不同方法护理后观察和分析2组患者的临床情况，并记录护理期间产生的数据，主要包括：情绪状态评分、生活质量评分、满意度评分及依从性等数据，同时将两组数据进行比较。结果 观察组无论是抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪评分，还是生活质量、满意度评分与对照组相比，均具有明显优势，差异十分显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。97.29%（36/37）、81.08%（30/37）分别是观察组和对照组患者的依从率，两组相比，观察组有明显的优势，差异有统计学意义，用（P＜0.05）表示。结论 在心内科护理工作中应用心理疏导，能够有效地改善患者的不良情绪，并促进其生活质量的提高，对护理质量的提升有着积极作用，可在临床中大力推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical application methods and effects of psychological counseling in the nursing work of cardiology department.
Methods: A total of 74 patients admitted to the cardiology department of our hospital were selected as the main analysis objects during the development of this study. The study started in October 2019 and ended in October 2020. In order to gain a deeper understanding of psychological counseling, the comparative research method was used this time , Divide all patients into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1, named the control group (conventional nursing, n=37 cases) and the observation group (conventional nursing + psychological counseling, n=37 cases). After different methods of nursing Observe and analyze the clinical conditions of the two groups of patients, and record the data generated during nursing, mainly including: emotional state score, quality of life score, satisfaction score and compliance data, and compare the two groups of data.
Results: The observation group had obvious advantages compared with the control group in terms of depression, anxiety, quality of life, and satisfaction scores. The difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). 97.29% (36/37) and 81.08% (30/37) are the compliance rates of the observation group and the control group, respectively. Compared with the two groups, the observation group has obvious advantages, and the difference is statistically significant. Use (P<0.05) Means.
Conclusion  : The application of psychological counseling in the nursing work of the cardiology department can effectively improve the patients' unhealthy emotions and promote the improvement of their quality of life. It has a positive effect on the improvement of the quality of nursing and can be promoted in clinical practice.
