Current status of reproductive tract infections in gynecological patients and nursing countermeasures
妇科患者生殖道感染现状及护理对策

摘要

目的 研究妇科患者生殖道感染现状与相关护理对策。方法 本次研究需要选取妇科生殖道感染患者，病例数82例，纳入时间段2020年1月～2020年7月。为了提升研究效果，采用分组式结果分析，患者平均分为观察组（n=41例）与对照组（n=41例），组别不同运用的护理对策不同，对照组患者运用常规护理方式，观察组患者采用综合护理方式，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者护理有效率、护理满意度。结果 采用综合护理的观察组妇科生殖道感染患者，护理有效率为95.12%，明显高于对照组患者护理有效率78.04%，两组患者研究数据差异度高（P＞0.05）。结论 为提升妇科生殖道感染患者疾病治疗效果，本次研究对患者实施综合护理，结果显示患者症状明显改善，治疗效果显著提升，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the current status of reproductive tract infections in gynecological patients and related nursing strategies.
Methods: This study needs to select patients with gynecological reproductive tract infections, the number of cases is 82, and the enrollment period is from January 2020 to July 2020. In order to improve the research effect, the grouped results analysis was adopted. Patients were equally divided into observation group (n=41 cases) and control group (n=41 cases). Different groups used different nursing strategies. Patients in the control group used conventional nursing methods. Patients in the observation group adopt comprehensive nursing methods. During the study period, nursing staff need to do a good job of recording, focusing on recording patient care efficiency and nursing satisfaction.
Results: The effective rate of nursing care for patients with gynecological reproductive tract infection in the observation group using comprehensive care was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was 78.04%. There was a high degree of difference in research data between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion  : In order to improve the treatment effect of patients with gynecological reproductive tract infections, this study implements comprehensive care for patients. The results show that the symptoms of patients are significantly improved, and the treatment effect is significantly improved, which can be used in clinical applications.
