妇科肿瘤患者护理中健康教育与心理护理的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 探讨在妇科肿瘤患者的护理过程中采用健康教育和心理护理的应用价值。方法 本次研究开始于2019年1月，结束于2020年2月，研究期间选择在本院接受治疗的妇科肿瘤患者共60例作为主要分析对象，为了深入健康教育以及心理护理在妇科肿瘤患者护理中的护理价值，本次研究采取对比的方式进行，将所有患者按照比例随机分为两组，分别是观察组和对照组各30名。将常规护理干预应用在对照组患者的护理过程中，在常规护理的基础上增加健康教育和心理教育应用到观察组患者的护理过程中，对比两组患者的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪以及两组患者的护理满意度。结果 对两组患者的各项指标进行对比后发现，观察组患者的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪明显低于对照组，且获得的患者满意度更高。差异符合统计学意义的评价标准（P＜0.05）。结论 在常规护理的基础上结合健康教育以及心理护理对妇科肿瘤患者的护理可以产生更高的效果，且获得了患者的高度满意，值得在临床中推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application value of health education and psychological nursing in the nursing process of gynecological cancer patients.
Methods: This study started in January 2019 and ended in February 2020. During the study, a total of 60 patients with gynecological tumors who were treated in our hospital were selected as the main analysis objects. In order to in-depth health education and psychological care in patients with gynecological tumors The value of nursing care in this study was carried out in a comparative way. All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion, 30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group. Apply conventional nursing interventions in the nursing process of the control group patients, add health education and psychological education to the nursing process of the observation group patients on the basis of conventional nursing, compare the anxiety and depression emotions of the two groups of patients and the two groups of patients Of nursing satisfaction.
Results: After comparing the indicators of the two groups of patients, it was found that the anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the patients obtained higher satisfaction. The difference accorded with the evaluation criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Combining health education and psychological care on the basis of routine nursing care can produce higher results for gynecological cancer patients, and obtain a high degree of satisfaction from patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
