居家骨科护理平台在膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼中的应用

摘要

目的 探究在膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼中实施居家骨科护理平台的效果。方法：研究开展时间为2019年10月，结束时间为2020年10月，研究期间选择在我院接受治疗的膝关节置换术患者共计84例作为主要分析对象，为了深入了解居家骨科护理平台的效果，本次使用对比的研究方法，将所有患者分为两组，每组依据随机数字表法分得42例，分别命名为对照组（采用常规康复锻炼护理）、观察组（采用常规康复锻炼护理+居家骨科护理平台），不同护理方法后观察和分析两组患者的临床情况，并记录该过程中产生的相关数据，主要包括：依从率、膝关节功能和日常生活能力评分、生活质量评分等数据，同时将两组记录后的数据进行比较。结果：92.86%（39/42）、71.43%（30/42）分别为观察组和对照组护理后的患者依从率，两组相比后者低于前者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理前两组患者无论是膝关节功能评分、生活能力评分均无明显差异（P＞0.05），护理后两组数据均有所改善，优于护理前（P＜0.05），其中观察组的改善效果高于护理前和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后生活质量评分相对于对照组较高，存在显著差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼中实施居家骨科护理平台，能够有效地提高患者的依从性，对其关节功能和生活能力的改善有着促进作用，同时还能提高患者的生活质量，可大力推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of implementing home orthopedic nursing platform in rehabilitation exercise for patients after knee replacement.
Methods: The study was carried out in October 2019, and the end time was October 2020. Conclusion  : The implementation of the home orthopedic nursing platform in the rehabilitation exercise of patients after knee replacement can effectively improve the compliance of patients, promote the improvement of their joint function and living ability, and also improve the quality of life of patients.
