Effect of Nursing Unit of Cardiology Department on Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
心内科护理单元对冠心病患者心理状况与生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 对冠心病患者在采用心内科护理单元后给生活质量造成的影响进行探讨。方法 本次研究选取2019年2月至2020年2月期间本院收治的冠心病患者共120例，按照比例将其随机分为两组，将常规护理应用到对照组患者的护理中，将心内科护理单元在常规护理的基础上将其应用到观察组患者的护理中，最后对两组患者的心理状况以及生活质量进行对比。结果 在对两组患者的心理状况以及生活质量进行对比后发现，观察组从躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑以及偏执等方面的评分均低于对照组，生活质量评分明显高于对照组。以上差异均符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 将心内科护理单元应用在冠心病患者的护理当中可以有效地改善患者的心理状况并将其生活质量有效提升，值得在临床中推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the impact on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after adopting the cardiology nursing unit. Method: In this study, a total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio. Routine care was applied to the care of patients in the control group. The cardiology nursing unit applies it to the nursing of the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing, and finally compares the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups of patients.
Results: After comparing the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups of patients, it was found that the scores of the observation group in terms of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, and paranoia were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group. The above differences all meet the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of cardiology nursing unit in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the patient's psychological condition and effectively improve their quality of life. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
