探讨延续性护理在肿瘤PICC置管出院患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨延续性护理对肿瘤PICC置管出院患者的应用效果。方法 应用医学小样本实验观察法，选取2019年8月-2020年8月以来我院收治的50例肿瘤PICC置管出院患者为受试评定对象，按照出院后护理方法差异不同，等比例分为对照组和实验组两小组。给予对照组行常规护理模式护理，给予实验组患者延续性护理，比较护理实施后的应用效果。结果 实验组临床护理满意度100%（25/25）明显高于对照组患者临床护理满意度76.00%（19/25），有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组在迟发性感染指数、非计划性拔管天数、导管留置预估年限上分别为（1.8±0.5）和（4.8±0.1）、（33.2±9.7）和（21.1±9.6）、（1.2±0.1）和（0.6±0.3）明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肿瘤PICC置管出院患者延续性护理的应用疗效确切，护理满意度极高，同时借助有效护理措施可有效改善患者出院后指标，值得临床大力推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of continuation care on patients discharged from the hospital with PICC catheter. Method: Using the medical small sample experimental observation method, 50 patients discharged from the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 who were discharged from the hospital with PICC catheters were selected as the test subjects. According to the difference in nursing methods after discharge, they were divided into equal proportions. There are two groups for the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the experimental group was given continuous nursing care to compare the application effects of nursing care.
Results: The clinical nursing satisfaction degree of 100% (25/25) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group patients of 76.00% (19/25), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group’s delayed infection index, unplanned extubation days, and estimated years of catheter indwelling were (1.8±0.5) and (4.8±0.1), (33.2±9.7) and (21.1±9.6), (1.2 ±0.1) and (0.6±0.3) were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Tumor PICC catheterization has a definite effect on the application of continuation care for discharged patients, and the nursing satisfaction is extremely high. At the same time, effective nursing measures can effectively improve the indicators of patients after discharge, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
