摘要
目的 研究乳腺外科运用护士分层管理对护理质量、护理投诉率的影响。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年1月,结束时间为2019年12月,需要选取乳腺外科48名护理人员,此些人员研究期间均在乳腺外科工作,符合研究标准。采用等分制研究,在2019年1月~2019年6月对护理人员实施常规管理方式(对照组n=24例),在2019年7月~2019年12月期间运用护士分层管理(观察组n=24例),在此期间需要护理人员做好记录工作,重点记录基础护理、护理态度、技能护理、病房护理状况、护理满意度以及护理投诉率。结果 观察组护理人员投诉率为4.16%,相较于对照组护理人员投诉率20.83%低,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 为提升乳腺外科护理质量,降低护理投诉发生率,本次研究对护理人员实施分层管理,结果显示基础护理、护理态度以及护理技能得到明显提升,总体使用效果显著,可在临床推广运用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of nurses' hierarchical management in breast surgery on nursing quality and nursing complaint rate. Methods: The start time of this study was January 2019 and the end time was December 2019. 48 nursing staff in breast surgery were required to be selected. These staff worked in breast surgery during the research period and met the research standards. Using an equal division study, the routine management of nursing staff was implemented from January 2019 to June 2019 (n=24 cases in the control group), and nurses were used to manage hierarchically from July 2019 to December 2019 (observation Group n=24 cases), during this period, nursing staff need to do a good job of recording, focusing on basic nursing, nursing attitude, skill nursing, ward nursing status, nursing satisfaction and nursing complaint rate. Results: The complaint rate of nursing staff in the observation group was 4.16%, which was lower than the complaint rate of nursing staff in the control group of 20.83%, and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to improve the quality of breast surgery care and reduce the incidence of nursing complaints, this study implemented hierarchical management of nursing staff. The results showed that basic nursing, nursing attitude and nursing skills have been significantly improved, and the overall effect is significant, which can be used in clinical applications.
