The effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction
早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者的应用效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2019年12月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者66例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数为33例。对照组患者采用常规护理手段，观察组患者采用早期康复护理，对比两组患者的治疗有效率和生活质量评分。结果 经本次研究发现，观察组患者的治疗有效率（96.97％）、躯体活力评分（87.8±3.5）分、精神健康（89.6±7.1）分和社会功能（85.1±5.3）分，均明显优于对照组患者的相关数据（69.69％）、（74.6±2.9）分、（76.1±6.1）分和（70.5±5.4）分，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期康复护理的应用，使急性脑梗死患者的生活质量，得到了显著的改善。并为患者的早日康复，起到了良好的促进作用，值得在今后的临床工作中进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method: A total of 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 33 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, and the patients in the observation group were treated with early rehabilitation care. The treatment efficiency and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.
Results: According to this study, it was found that the treatment effective rate (96.97%), physical vitality score (87.8±3.5) points, mental health (89.6±7.1) points and social function (85.1±5.3) points of the observation group were significant. The relevant data (69.69%), (74.6±2.9) points, (76.1±6.1) points and (70.5±5.4) points of patients in the control group were better than those of the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of early rehabilitation nursing has significantly improved the quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction. It has played a good role in promoting the early recovery of patients and is worthy of further promotion in future clinical work.
