护理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者生活能力和认知能力的改善效果

摘要

目的 探讨护理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者生活能力和认知能力的改善效果。方法 通过选取我院自2019年6月至2020年6月期间，到院治疗确诊为阿尔茨海默症的100例患者展开研究，随机分为各50例的对照组和观察组。两组均行临床治疗，对照组行常规临床护理干预，观察组在常规护理干预基础上予以综合护理干预。对比两组护理后的患者生活能力、认知能力改善效果。结果 观察组患者护理满意度较对照组明显高，两组差异显著有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者在护理前认知功能、生活质量对比差异不大（P>0.05），在护理后观察组的认知功能（MMSE）评分较对照组明显改善，且护理后生活质量改善效果较对照组也明显更优，两组差异显著有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过对阿尔茨海默病患者在治疗基础之上给予护理干预，具有较为显著的护理成效，能够很大程度的改善患者的日常生活整体状态以及痴呆的行为，并且可以在一定程度上有效提升患者的生活质量，具有临床推广意义。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the life ability and cognitive ability of patients with Alzheimer's disease.
Methods: 100 patients with Alzheimer's disease in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of routine nursing intervention, the two groups were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The improvement effect of living ability and cognitive ability of the two groups after nursing was compared.
Results: the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in the cognitive function and quality of life between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the cognitive function (MMSE) score of the observation group was significantly improved than that of the control group, and the improvement effect of the quality of life after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : nursing intervention on patients with Alzheimer's disease on the basis of treatment has significant nursing effect, can greatly improve the overall state of daily life of patients and dementia behavior, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent, which has clinical significance.
