谈心理护理和人性化护理在骨科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究心理护理和人性化护理在骨科护理工作中的应用价值。方法 在实验开展前，于骨科中选取78例研究对象，均存在有不同程度的骨科疾病，符合实验入组标准，并且将其随机分配为两组，即使用常规护理的对照组和使用心理护理结合人性化护理的观察组，每组39例患者，并对比两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分和满意度。结果 在采取护理干预前，两组患者的心理状态评分无较大差异，（P＞0.05），在干预后，使用心理护理结合人性化护理的观察组，其心理状态缓解情况显著优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组中，非常满意、一般满意患者共37例，满意度94.87%；反观对照组，共31例患者达到非常满意、一般满意，不满意患者8例，满意度为79.48%，相比之下观察组满意度更高，（P＜0.05）。结论 将心理护理和人性化护理实施骨科护理工作中，能够显著改善患者心理状态，对促进其快速康复有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective: T o explore the application value of psychological nursing and humanized nursing in orthopedic nursing.
Methods: Before the start of the experiment, 78 subjects were selected from the Department of Orthopedics, all of whom had different degrees of orthopedic diseases, which met the criteria for entry into the experiment, and were randomly assigned to two groups, namely the control group using conventional care and the psychological use The observation group of nursing combined with humanized nursing has 39 patients in each group. The anxiety and depression scores and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results: Before the nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in the mental state scores of the two groups of patients, (P>0.05). After the intervention, the observation group using psychological nursing combined with humanized nursing, the mental state relief was significantly better than the control Group, (P<0.05). Secondly, in the observation group, 37 patients were very satisfied and generally satisfied with a satisfaction rate of 94.87%; in contrast, 31 patients in the control group were very satisfied and generally satisfied, and 8 were dissatisfied with a satisfaction rate of 79.48%. Satisfaction of the observation group was higher, (P＜0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of psychological nursing and humanized nursing in orthopedic nursing work can significantly improve the mental state of patients, and it has positive significance for promoting their rapid recovery.
