临床护理教学中的PBL教学法实践研究

摘要
目的 研究临床护理教学中的PBL教学法实践效果。方法 选取2017年-2018年在我科实习的200名护生作为受试对象,以随机分组方式分为实验组以及对照组,分别施以一般讲授式教学法和PBL教学法,就两组教学实践结果和实习单位评价结果进行对比分析。结果 实验组和对照组在教学内容、教学仪表、教学方法、课堂互动上差异显著,数值对比分别为(83.7±2.1)和(94.5±3.2)、(80.9±0.9)和(95.8±1.2)、(77.3±2.0)和(94.6±3.2)、(79.68±0.7)和(92.4±1.5),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组在实习单位评价上数值对比为99.00%(99/100)和80.00%(80/100),有统计学意义(X2=4.965,P=0.009,P<0.05)。结论 临床护理教学中的PBL教学法实践效果突出,具有较高的出科成绩对比结果,并显著提升了学习在学习上的满意度,值得在消化内科本科实习生中推广该教学法。

Abstract
Objective: To study the practical effect of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching. Method: Select 200 nursing students who practiced in our department from 2017 to 2018 as the subjects. They are divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping. They are respectively applied with general teaching method and PBL teaching method. The results of teaching practice and the evaluation results of internship units are compared and analyzed. Results: The experimental group and the control group have significant differences in teaching content, teaching instrumentation, teaching methods, and classroom interaction. The numerical comparisons are (83.7±2.1) and (94.5±3.2), (80.9±0.9) and (95.8±1.2), respectively , (77.3±2.0) and (94.6±3.2), (79.68±0.7) and (92.4±1.5), which were statistically significant (P<0.05). The numerical comparison between the experimental group and the control group in the evaluation of the internship unit was 99.00% (99/100) and 80.00% (80/100), which was statistically significant (X2=4.965, P=0.009, P<0.05). Conclusion : The PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching has an outstanding practical effect, has a higher comparison result of department scores, and significantly improves the satisfaction of learning in learning. It is worth popularizing this teaching method among undergraduates in gastroenterology.
