细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用效果分析研究

摘要

目的 观察在消化内科护理工作中应用细节护理的临床价值。方法 于我院消化内科中选取76例消化系统疾病患者作为实验研究对象，患有不同类型的消化系统疾病，如胃癌、消化道出血、胃溃疡等，符合参与本次实验的入组条件。同时，将76例患者按照随机数表法分配为对照组、观察组，每组38例患者，并使用不同的护理方法，其中对照组使用常规护理，观察组则在常规护理基础上增加细节护理，对比两种不同护理模式下患者的自我护理能力评分以及不同时间段的VAS疼痛评分。结果 使用细节护理的观察组，患者护理意识、能力、技能等自护能力评分分别为（35.26±1.49）分、（31.05±2.24）分、（40.79±6.13）分；反观对照组，以上指标评分分别为（31.07±2.96）分、（23.34±4.11）分、（37.15±4.88）分，对比来看观察组患者的自我护理能力评分显著高于对照组，数据间存在有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组患者护理后10d、30d的VAS疼痛评分也更低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 于消化内科护理工作中实施细节护理能够提升患者自我护理能力，并缓解病症带来的疼痛感。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical value of applying detailed nursing in the nursing work of digestive medicine.
Methods: 76 patients with digestive system diseases were selected from the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital as experimental research subjects, suffering from different types of digestive system diseases, such as gastric cancer, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastric ulcers, etc., which meet the entry conditions for participating in this experiment. At the same time, 76 patients were assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 38 patients in each group, and different nursing methods were used. The control group used routine care, and the observation group added detailed care to the routine care. , Compare the self-care ability scores of patients under two different care modes and the VAS pain scores in different time periods.
Results: In the observation group using detailed nursing, the self-care ability scores of patients such as nursing awareness, ability and skills were (35.26±1.49), (31.05±2.24), and (40.79±6.13) points respectively; in contrast to the control group, the above indicators The scores were (31.07±2.96) points, (23.34±4.11) points, and (37.15±4.88) points. By comparison, the self-care ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and there was statistical significance among the data. (P<0.05). Secondly, the VAS pain scores of patients in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group at 10 and 30 days after nursing (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of detailed nursing in the nursing work of digestive medicine can improve the patient's self-care ability and relieve the pain caused by the disease.
