Analysis of the effect of joint injection of PRP nursing intervention on patients with knee osteoarthritis

摘要
目的 研究膝关节骨性关节炎患者运用关节注射PRP护理干预的效果。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年4月，结束时间为2019年9月，需要选取64例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，患者均自愿参与研究，符合本次研究标准。采用分组式结果分析，对照组（n=32例）膝关节骨性关节炎患者运用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗与常规护理，观察组（n=32例）膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用PRP关节腔注射治疗与综合护理，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者疼痛消失时间、肿胀消退时间、VAS、功能、疼痛、稳定性、活动范围以及肌力等评分。结果 运用综合护理干预的观察组膝关节骨性关节炎患者，疼痛消失时间、肿胀消失时间明显低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 为提升膝关节骨性关节炎患者护理效果，本次研究对关节注射PRP的患者实施综合护理，结果显示患者疼痛状况显著改善，关节功能有效提升，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention of joint injection of PRP in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: The study started in April 2019 and ended in September 2019. It was necessary to select 64 patients with knee osteoarthritis. All patients voluntarily participated in the study and met the research criteria. Grouped results were analyzed. The control group (n=32 cases) patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection and routine care, and the observation group (n=32 cases) patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with PRP Joint cavity injection treatment and comprehensive care. During the study period, nurses need to make records, focusing on recording the patient's pain disappearance time, swelling disappearance time, VAS, function, pain, stability, range of motion, and muscle strength. Results: In the observation group of patients with knee osteoarthritis who used comprehensive nursing intervention, the pain disappearance time and swelling disappearance time were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to improve the nursing effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis, this study implemented comprehensive care for patients with joint injection of PRP. The results showed that the pain status of the patients was significantly improved, and the joint function was effectively improved, which can be used in clinical applications.
