摘要

目的 探析在接受核磁共振检查的患者护理工作中采用心理护理的临床效果。方法 本研究开始时间为2019年9月，结束时间为2020年9月，研究期间选择在我院接受核磁共振检查的患者共计60例作为主要研究对象，研究期间为了分析心理护理的应用和效果，本研究采用对比的方法，故将所有患者分为两组，分别命名为对照组和观察组，依据1:1的比例每组分得30例患者，其中对照组患者的护理工作使用常规护理方法，观察在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理。两组接受不同方法护理后，对临床情况进行观察和分析，并记录患者满意度情况，将记录后数据进行比较。结果 对照组患者接受护理后其满意度为（80.0%）相对于观察组患者护理满意度（96.67%）较低，相比之下差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在患者接受核查共振检查的过程中，其会产生较大的心理波动，对检查结果造成影响，因此，护理人员要加强心理干预的实施，只有这样才能够顺利地完成检查，并提高患者的满意度，临床中可大力推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of psychological nursing in the nursing work of patients undergoing MRI.
Methods: The study started in September 2019 and ended in September 2020. During the study period, a total of 60 patients undergoing MRI examination in our hospital were selected as the main research objects. During the study period, in order to analyze the application and effect of psychological care In this study, the method of comparison was adopted. Therefore, all patients were divided into two groups, named the control group and the observation group, respectively. According to the ratio of 1:1, 30 patients were enrolled in each group.
Methods, observe and adopt psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. After the two groups received different methods of nursing, the clinical situation was observed and analyzed, and patient satisfaction was recorded, and the recorded data were compared.
Results: The satisfaction rate of patients in the control group after receiving nursing care was (80.0%) was lower than that of patients in the observation group (96.67%), and the difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the process of patients undergoing verification resonance examination, it will produce greater psychological fluctuations, which will affect the examination results. Therefore, nursing staff should strengthen the implementation of psychological interventions. Only in this way can they successfully complete the examination and improve the patient Satisfaction degree can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
