健康教育在消化内科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究在消化内科护理工中健康教育的临床应用效果。方法 研究开展过程中选择在我院消化内科接受治疗的患者共计110例作为主要分析对象,研究于2019年9月开始,结束于2020年9月,为了分析健康教育的效果,本研究使用对比的方法,将所有患者分为两组,分别命名为对照组和观察组,每组根据随机数字表法分得55例患者,两组接受不同的护理方法,分别是对照组患者行常规护理、观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施全面的健康教育,不同方法护理后对患者的临床状况进行观察和分析,并记录护理期间相关数据,主要包括:依从性、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分等数据,同时将两组统计后的数据进行比较。结果 对照组患者护理后的依从性为(81.82%)相对于观察组患者护理后的依从性(94.55%)较低,存在明显差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者无论是SAS评分、SDS评分,还是生活质量(SF-36评分)均优于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在消化内科护理工作中实施健康教育,能够有效地促进各项工作的顺利开展,对患者依从性的提高及生活质量的提高有着积极作用,临床中可大力推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of health education in the nursing work of digestive medicine.
Methods: During the course of the study, a total of 110 patients who were treated in the Gastroenterology Department of our hospital were selected as the main analysis objects. The study started in September 2019 and ended in September 2020. In order to analyze the effects of health education, this study uses comparison According to the method, all patients were divided into two groups, named the control group and the observation group. Each group was divided into 55 patients according to the random number table method. The two groups received different nursing methods. Patients in the observation group implement comprehensive health education on the basis of routine nursing, observe and analyze the clinical status of the patients after different methods of nursing, and record relevant data during nursing, including: compliance, anxiety score, depression score, quality of life Score and other data, and compare the two statistical data.
Results: The compliance of patients in the control group after nursing was (81.82%) was lower than that of patients in the observation group (94.55%), and there was a significant difference and statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of SAS score, SDS score, or quality of life (SF-36 score), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of health education in the nursing work of gastroenterology can effectively promote the smooth development of various tasks, and has a positive effect on the improvement of patient compliance and the improvement of quality of life. It can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
