Application of high-quality nursing intervention in nursing of obstetrics and gynecology
优质护理干预在妇产科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 对妇产科护理中优质护理干预的应用价值进行研究，以期能够为妇产科护理人员改进护理工作提供一些参考。方法 本次实验时间集中在2017年7月-2020年5月，实验对象为妇产科患者，共计108例患者参与本次实验。本次实验通过编号分组的方式确定对照组及实验组患者，将奇数编号患者划分为对照组，偶数编号患者划分为实验组。对照组患者护理过程中实施一般护理，实验组患者护理过程中实施优质护理，对两组患者护理满意情况、并发症出现情况、住院时间进行分析和对比。结果 对本次实验进行深入分析，实验组患者护理满意度有着较大幅度的提升，分别为96.30%及81.48%，数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）；展开分析本次实验，实验组患者并发症出现概率有着较大幅度的下降，分别为3.70%及16.67%，两组出现并发症的人数分别为2人及9人，数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）；展开分析本次实验，实验组患者住院时间有着较大幅度的缩减，分别为（5.2±1.2）天及（7.8±1.4）天，数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在妇产科护理中优质护理干预的应用价值远远高于一般护理，其在提高患者护理满意度、降低并发症出现概率、缩短患者住院时间方面作用较为突出，护理人员应加以关注。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of high-quality nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology nursing, in order to provide some references for nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology to improve nursing work.
Methods: The time of this experiment was concentrated from July 2017 to May 2020. The subjects were obstetrics and gynecology patients, and a total of 108 patients participated in this experiment. In this experiment, patients in the control group and the experimental group were determined by number grouping. The odd-numbered patients were divided into the control group, and the even-numbered patients were divided into the experimental group. Patients in the control group were given general nursing care during the nursing process, and the patients in the experimental group were given high-quality nursing care during the nursing process. The two groups of patients were analyzed and compared on their nursing satisfaction, complications, and length of stay.
Results: In-depth analysis of this experiment showed that the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group has been greatly improved, respectively 96.30% and 81.48%, the difference between the data is prominent, (p<0.05); expand the analysis of this experiment, experiment The incidence of complications in the two groups was significantly reduced, 3.70% and 16.67%, respectively. Conclusion  : The application value of high-quality nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology nursing is much higher than that of general nursing. It plays a prominent role in improving patient care satisfaction, reducing the probability of complications, and shortening the length of hospital stay. Nursing staff should pay attention to it.
