摘要
目的 对急诊护理风险识别及防范手段进行研究,以期能够为护理人员规避护理风险带来一些帮助。方法 本次共计抽取本院2018年6月-2020年5月期间就诊的急诊科患者244例,依据就诊时间将所选患者分为甲组(2018年6月-2019年5月)及乙组(2019年6月-2020年5月),两组患者人数相同,每组122人。在2019年6月初实施护理风险管理措施,对护理风险管理措施实施前后患者护理满意情况、风险事件出现情况及护患纠纷出现情况进行记录和对比。结果 相对甲组患者而言,乙组患者护理满意度较高,由此可得甲乙两组患者护理满意度之间有着一定的区别,数据存在统计学意义(p<0.05);相对甲组患者而言,乙组患者风险事件出现几率及护患纠纷出现几率较低,由此可得甲乙两组患者风险事件出现几率及护患纠纷出现几率方面有着一定的区别,数据具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 护理风险管理在急诊科有着较好的效果,其能够在一定程度上促进患者护理满意度的提升,降低风险事及护患纠纷出现几率,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract
Objective: To study emergency nursing risk identification and prevention methods, in order to bring some help for nursing staff to avoid nursing risks. Method: A total of 244 patients in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected this time, and the selected patients were divided into group A (June 2018-May 2019) and group B according to the time of consultation. Group (June 2019-May 2020), the number of patients in the two groups is the same, with 122 people in each group. The nursing risk management measures were implemented in early June 2019, and the patient care satisfaction, the occurrence of risk events, and the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes before and after the implementation of the nursing risk management measures were recorded and compared. Results: Compared with the patients in group A, patients in group B have higher nursing satisfaction, which shows that there is a certain difference in nursing satisfaction between patients in group A and group B, and the data is statistically significant (p<0.05); relative to group A As far as patients are concerned, the incidence of risk events and nurse-patient disputes in group B are relatively low. It can be concluded that there are certain differences in the incidence of risk events and nurse-patient disputes between groups A and B. The data is statistically significant ( p<0.05). Conclusion : Nursing risk management has a good effect in the emergency department. It can promote the improvement of patient care satisfaction to a certain extent, reduce the probability of risk incidents and nurse-patient disputes, and has high application value.
