中医护理辨证施护在下肢骨折患儿的应用

摘要
目的 综合探究辩证施护中医护理观点在下肢骨折患儿临床的应用成效。方法 随机抽取我院2020年1月-2020年6月收治的84例下肢骨折患儿作为研究主体，具体分为两组，观察组42例，对照组42例。观察组患儿实施辩证施护中医护理，对照组采用常规基础护理模式，比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果 实施相应护理措施前，两组患儿的健康知识达标率以及护理满意度比较差异并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实施相应护理措施后，两组患儿的健康知识达标率以及护理满意度比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究表明，辩证施护中医护理观念在下肢骨折患儿临床中的应用效果显著，能够明显提升下肢骨折患儿的健康知识达标率及其护理满意度，此外，辩证施护的观点从侧面强化了医护人员的责任意识，进一步促进了其临床护理服务质量，因此值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: To comprehensively explore the clinical application effect of dialectical nursing view of traditional Chinese medicine in children with lower limb fractures. Methods: A random sample of 84 children with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 as the main body of the study were divided into two groups, 42 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group. Children in the observation group were treated with dialectical TCM nursing, and the control group was treated with conventional basic nursing mode to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results: Before implementing the corresponding nursing measures, there was no statistically significant difference in the health knowledge achievement rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients (P>0.05); after implementing the corresponding nursing measures, the health knowledge achievement rate of the two groups of children and The difference in nursing satisfaction was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion : Studies have shown that the clinical application of the TCM nursing concept of dialectical care in children with lower limb fractures is significant, which can significantly improve the health knowledge compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of children with lower limb fractures. In addition, the perspective of dialectical nursing is from the side It has strengthened the sense of responsibility of medical staff and further promoted the quality of clinical nursing services, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
