摘要

目的 探析在消化内科营养护理质量管理中建立营养护理质量指标的建立及应用效果。方法 本研究开始时间为2019年9月,结束时间为2020年9月,研究期间选择在我院消化内科接受治疗的64例患者作为主要分析对象,为了明确营养护理质量指标的建立和效果,本研究使用对比的方法,将所有患者分为两组,分别命名为对照组和观察组,两组依据随机数字表法各分得32例患者,其中对照组采用常规营养护理管理,而观察组则在常规营养护理管理的基础上建立消化内科营养护理质量指标并加以应用。两组使用不同管理方法后对患者的临床状况进行观察和分析,并记录相关数据,主要包括:评定准确率、建设有效性、干预有效率、满意度等数据,同时将两组记录后的数据进行比较。结果 观察组评定准确率为(96.88%)相对于对照组(81.25%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外观察组建设有效性(93.75%)相对于对照组(84.38%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外观察组的干预有效率和护理满意度分别为(93.75%)、(96.88%)相对于对照组(71.88%)、(75.0%)较高,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在消化内科营养护理管理中建立营养护理质量指标,并加以应用,能够有效地提高营养护理服务水平,同时还能够改善患者的营养状态,对整体工作质量的提高有着积极作用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the establishment and application effect of establishing nutritional nursing quality index in the nutritional nursing quality management of digestive internal medicine.
Methods: The study started in September 2019 and ended in September 2020. During the study period, 64 patients who received treatment in the Gastroenterology Department of our hospital were selected as the main analysis objects. In order to clarify the establishment and effect of nutritional care quality indicators, In this study, all patients were divided into two groups, named the control group and the observation group. The two groups were divided into 32 patients according to the random number table method. The control group was managed by routine nutritional care and the observation group On the basis of routine nutrition nursing management, establish and apply the quality index of digestive medicine nutrition nursing. The two groups used different management methods to observe and analyze the clinical status of the patients, and record relevant data, including: assessment accuracy, construction effectiveness, intervention efficiency, satisfaction and other data. At the same time, the two groups recorded data Compare.
Results: The evaluation accuracy rate of the observation group (96.88%) was higher than that of the control group (81.25%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); in addition, the construction effectiveness of the observation group (93.75%) was higher than that of the control group (84.38) %) is higher and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). In addition, the intervention efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were (93.75%) and (96.88%) respectively higher than those of the control group (71.88%) and (75.0%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The establishment and application of nutritional nursing quality indicators in the nutritional nursing management of digestive internal medicine can effectively improve the nutritional nursing service level, and at the same time can improve the nutritional status of patients, which has a positive effect on the overall quality of work.
