急诊科护理人员的心理压力状况分析及应对方式分析

摘要

目的 对急诊科护理人员的心理压力状况及应对措施进行研究。方法 本次实验共计抽取本院2018年4月-2019年10月期间急诊科护理人员25名,选择同时期本院其他科室护理人员25名,将其他科室护理人员定义为参考组,将急诊科护理人员定义为实验组,对两组护理人员心理压力状况研究和对比。结果 相比参考组护理人员而言,实验组护理人员处于高压状态的人数较多,参考组护理人员中共有8人处于高压状态,占总人数的32.00%,实验组护理人员中共有13人处于高压状态,占总人数的52.00%,两组处于高压状态的护理人员人数有统计学意义(p<0.05);相比参考组护理人员而言,实验组护理人员焦虑评分、抑郁评分较高,参考组护理人员焦虑评分与抑郁评分分别为(37.2±4.9)分及(33.3±4.2)分,实验组护理人员焦虑评分与抑郁评分分别为(64.7±5.3)分及(56.5±6.1)分,焦虑评分与抑郁评分之间有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 急诊科护理工作内容、工作时间、工作环境、人际关系等因素会在一定程度上加大护理人员心理压力,医院在实际工作中应注意采取针对性措施加以应对,以此保证护理人员心理健康,促进急诊科护理水平的提升。

Abstract

Objective: To study the psychological stress status of nursing staff in emergency department and the countermeasures.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 25 nurses in the emergency department of our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected. 25 nurses in other departments of the hospital were selected during the same period. The nurses in other departments were defined as the reference group and the emergency department Department nurses were defined as the experimental group, and the psychological stress status of the two groups of nurses was studied and compared.
Results: Compared with the reference group of nursing staff, the number of nursing staff in the experimental group was more in a state of high pressure. A total of 8 nursing staff in the reference group were in a high pressure state, accounting for 32.00% of the total number. There were 13 nursing staff in the experimental group. Being in a state of high pressure, accounting for 52.00% of the total number of people, the number of nursing staff in the two groups in a high pressure state was statistically significant (p<0.05); compared with the reference group of nursing staff, the nursing staff in the experimental group had higher anxiety and depression scores , The nursing staff anxiety score and depression score of the reference group were (37.2±4.9) points and (33.3±4.2) points, respectively, and the nursing staff anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were (64.7±5.3) points and (56.5±6.1) points, respectively , There is statistical significance between anxiety score and depression score (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The emergency department nursing work content, working hours, working environment, interpersonal relationship and other factors will increase the psychological pressure of nursing staff to a certain extent. The hospital should take specific measures to deal with it in actual work to ensure the mentality of nursing staff Health, and promote the improvement of emergency department care.
