摘要
目的 探讨安全护理在耳鼻咽喉科病人护理工作中的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象共76例，均选自我院收治的耳鼻咽喉科病人，时间为2018年3月-2020年9月，在对病人护理过程中，按照干预方法的不同应用，将其分组展开实验。其中，接受常规护理的对照组患者共38例，接受常规护理联合安全护理干预的观察组患者共38例，对两组患者的护理效果进行观察比较。结果 从患者的护理总满意度、护理风险事件发生率两项指标的比较上来看，观察组各项指标均明显优于另一组，数值差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 在耳鼻咽喉科病人护理中强化安全护理干预，可有效提高护理质量，降低护理安全风险，有利于患者身体的尽快康复，具有较高的使用价值。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application effect of safety nursing in the nursing of patients in otolaryngology department. Methods: A total of 76 subjects in this study were selected from otolaryngology patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to September 2020. In the process of patient care, they were divided into groups according to the different applications of intervention methods. Start the experiment. Among them, a total of 38 patients in the control group received routine care, and a total of 38 patients in the observation group received routine care combined with safety nursing intervention. The care effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: From the comparison of the patients' overall satisfaction with nursing care and the incidence of nursing risk events, the observation group's indicators were significantly better than the other group, and the numerical difference met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05) . Conclusion : Strengthening safety nursing interventions in the care of patients in the department of otolaryngology can effectively improve the quality of care, reduce the risks of nursing safety, and help patients recover as soon as possible. It has high use value.
