The effect of targeted psychological nursing on alleviating postoperative pain of patients undergoing ENT surgery

摘要
目的 研究耳鼻喉部手术患者运用心理护理对术后疼痛的影响。方法 本次研究对象为耳鼻喉部手术患者，病例数64例，纳入时间段2020年3月～2020年7月。为了保证研究效果，采用分组式结果分析，患者平均分为观察组（n=32例）与对照组（n=32例），组别不同运用的管理对策不同，对照组患者运用常规护理措施，观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施心理护理，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者护理满意度、24h、72h疼痛状况。结果 运用心理护理的观察组耳鼻喉部手术患者，术后24h、72h疼痛评分明显低于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 为缓解耳鼻喉手术患者术后疼痛状况，本次研究对患者实施心理护理，结果显示患者疼痛情况明显改善，护理满意度有效提升，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of psychological care on postoperative pain in patients undergoing ENT surgery. Methods: The subjects of this study were patients undergoing ENT surgery, with 64 cases, and the enrollment period was from March 2020 to July 2020. In order to ensure the effect of the research, the grouped result analysis was adopted. Patients were divided into observation group (n=32 cases) and control group (n=32 cases). Different management strategies were used for different groups. Patients in the control group used conventional nursing measures. Patients in the observation group performed psychological care on the basis of routine care. During the study period, nursing staff needed to do a good job of recording, focusing on recording patients’ satisfaction with care, 24h and 72h pain status. Results: The pain scores of patients in the observation group with ENT surgery at 24h and 72h after the use of psychological care were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to alleviate the postoperative pain of patients undergoing ENT surgery, this study carried out psychological care for the patients. The results showed that the patient's pain was significantly improved, and the nursing satisfaction was effectively improved, which can be used in clinical applications.
