摘要
目的 研究骨科患者运用加速康复管理体系的效果。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年4月，结束时间为2019年12月，需要选取80例骨科患者，患者均需要手术治疗，符合本次研究标准。采用分组式结果分析，对照组（n=40例）骨科患者运用常规护理方式，观察组（n=40例）骨科患者采用加速康复管理，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者并发症发生率、住院时间、缓痛时间、护理满意度。结果 运用加速康复管理的观察组骨科患者，并发症发生率、住院时间、护理满意度等研究数据均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 为提升骨科患者护理效果，本次研究对患者实施加速康复管理，结果显示患者住院时间、疼痛缓解时间明显缩短，治疗效果显著提升，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of using accelerated rehabilitation management system for orthopedic patients. Methods: The study started in April 2019 and ended in December 2019. 80 orthopedic patients need to be selected, all of whom require surgical treatment, which meets the criteria of this study. Using grouped results analysis, the control group (n=40 cases) orthopedic patients used conventional nursing methods, and the observation group (n=40 cases) orthopedic patients adopted accelerated rehabilitation management. During the study period, nursing staff needed to do a good job of recording, focusing on recording patients’ concurrent Incidence rate, hospitalization time, pain relief time, nursing satisfaction. Results: In the observation group of orthopedic patients with accelerated rehabilitation management, the research data of complication rate, length of stay, and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to improve the nursing effect of orthopedic patients, this study implemented accelerated rehabilitation management for patients. The results showed that the hospitalization time and pain relief time of patients were significantly shortened, and the treatment effect was significantly improved, which can be used in clinical applications.
