摘要
目的 研究耳鼻喉科门诊患者运用个性化护理干预的效果。方法 本次研究需要选取耳鼻喉科门诊患者，病例数70例，纳入时间段为2020年2月～2020年6月。为了提升研究效果，采用分组式结果分析，患者平均分为观察组（n=35例）与对照组（n=35例），组别不同运用的护理对策不同，对照组患者运用常规护理措施，观察组患者采用个性化护理干预措施，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者护理满意度、服务态度评分等。结果 运用个性化护理干预的观察组耳鼻喉科门诊患者，护理满意度明显高于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 为了缩短耳鼻喉科门诊患者就诊时间，本次研究对门诊患者运用个性化护理干预，结果显示患者就诊满意度有效提升，健康教育评分明显提高，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of individualized nursing intervention on outpatients in the Department of Otolaryngology. Methods: This study needs to select outpatients from the Department of Otolaryngology. The number of cases is 70. The enrollment period is from February 2020 to June 2020. In order to improve the research effect, the group-based result analysis was adopted. The patients were divided into observation group (n=35 cases) and control group (n=35 cases). Different groups used different nursing strategies. The control group used conventional nursing measures. Patients in the observation group adopt personalized nursing intervention measures. During the study period, nursing staff need to do a good job of recording, focusing on recording patient care satisfaction and service attitude scores. Results: In the observation group of ENT patients in the observation group who used personalized nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to shorten the outpatient visit time of ENT clinics, this study used personalized nursing intervention for outpatients. The results showed that patient satisfaction with outpatient visits was effectively improved, and the health education score was significantly improved, which can be used in clinical applications.
