Application of nursing risk management in the risk prevention of elderly patients falling from bed
护理风险管理在老年病人跌倒坠床风险防范中的运用

摘要

目的 对老年病人跌倒坠床风险防范中护理风险管理的应用效果进行研究。方法 本次实验对象为本科住院老年患者，实验时间在2018年1月-2019年12月之间，共计102例患者参与本次实验。依据患者住院时间将患者分为对照组及实验组，对照组患者（2018年1月-2018年12月）在护理过程中仅接受常规护理，实验组患者（2019年1月-2019年12月）在护理过程中接受护理风险管理，对两组患者跌倒坠床情况出现概率、患者满意情况评分进行分析及对比。结果 展开分析本次实验，实验组患者及对照组患者在跌倒坠床事件出现概率方面差异凸显，分别为1.96%及0.00%、7.84%及11.76%，（p＜0.05）；系统分析本次实验，实验组患者及对照组患者在满意情况评分方面差异凸显，分别为（94.2±3.5）分及（81.7±3.2）分，（p＜0.05）。结论 在老年病人跌倒坠床风险防范中护理风险管理的应用效果显著，其在降低老年患者跌倒坠床事件出现概率、提高患者满意评分方面有着较为突出的作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application effect of nursing risk management in the risk prevention of elderly patients falling from bed.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment are elderly patients who are hospitalized in this hospital. The experiment time is between January 2018 and December 2019. A total of 102 patients participated in this experiment. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group based on the length of hospital stay. Patients in the control group (January 2018-December 2018) received only routine care during the nursing process. Patients in the experimental group (January 2019-December 2019) ) Accept nursing risk management during the nursing process, and analyze and compare the probability of falling and falling of the two groups of patients and the patient satisfaction score.
Results: The analysis of this experiment showed that the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the probability of falling and falling from bed, which were 1.96% and 0.00%, 7.84% and 11.76% respectively, (p＜0.05); systematic analysis of this time In the experiment, the satisfaction scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different, which were (94.2±3.5) points and (81.7±3.2) points, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Nursing risk management is effective in preventing the risk of falling and falling in elderly patients. It plays a prominent role in reducing the probability of falling and falling in elderly patients and improving patient satisfaction scores.
