Analysis on the effect of comprehensive intervention measures in nursing of digestive medicine
综合干预措施在消化内科护理中的效果分析

摘要
目的 研究消化内科患者运用综合护理方式的临床效果。方法 选取62例消化内科患者为研究对象，患者均自愿参与研究，抽取时间段介于2019年2月到2019年8月期间，符合本次研究标准。对照组（n=31例）消化内科患者运用常规护理方式，观察组（n=31例）消化内科患者运用综合干预措施，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者SDS、SAS、生理功能、心理健康、精神以及人际关系评分。结果 观察组患者生理功能为92.45±2.14分、心理健康为87.36±5.25分、精神为86.51±4.23分、人际关系为87.63±3.25分，相较于对照组患者生理功能为74.23±2.45分、心理健康为73.24±3.22分、精神为75.89±5.03分、人际关系为76.25±2.43分高，两组研究数据差异度高（P＜0.05）。结论 消化内科患者运用综合干预措施，可以有效改善焦虑抑郁状况，提升患者治疗配合度，对治疗效果提升具有积极意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with digestive medicine. Methods: 62 patients with gastroenterology were selected as the research subjects, all patients voluntarily participated in the study, and the sampling period was between February 2019 and August 2019, which met the criteria of this study. The control group (n=31 cases) of gastroenterology patients used conventional nursing methods, and the observation group (n=31 cases) of gastroenterology patients used comprehensive interventions. During the study period, nursing staff needed to do a good job of recording, focusing on recording patients’ SDS, SAS, physiology Function, mental health, mental and interpersonal relationship scores. Results: The physiological function of the observation group was 92.45±2.14 points, the mental health was 87.36±5.25 points, the spirit was 86.51±4.23 points, and the interpersonal relationship was 87.63±3.25 points. Compared with the control group, the physiological function was 74.23±2.45 points. Mental health was 73.24±3.22 points, mental was 75.89±5.03 points, and interpersonal relationship was 76.25±2.43 points. The difference between the two groups was high (P<0.05). Conclusion : The use of comprehensive intervention measures in patients with gastroenterology can effectively improve the anxiety and depression situation, improve the treatment coordination of patients, and have a positive significance for the improvement of treatment effects.
