Evidence-based nursing for pain relief in patients with advanced lung cancer
循证护理对晚期肺癌患者疼痛的缓解作用

摘要
目的 探究循证护理对晚期肺癌患者疼痛的缓解作用。方法 选取我院收治的72例晚期肺癌患者，时间为2019年8月至2020年8月，分为观察组及对照组各36例。观察组应用循证护理管理，对照组常规护理。比较分析护理满意度、生活质量、疼痛程度评分等。结果 护理前两组的疼痛程度评分差异不显著，但是在护理后观察组低于对照组，观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度34例（94.44%）高于对照组27例（75.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对晚期肺癌患者，采用循证护理管理措施，可降低临床上疼痛程度，改善患者的不良负性心理情绪，提升护理满意度，安全有效，加快患者康复速度，改善患者的生活质量，具有临床应用价值。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on pain relief in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods: 72 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital were selected from August 2019 to August 2020, and they were divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases each. Evidence-based nursing management was used in the observation group and routine nursing in the control group. Comparative analysis of nursing satisfaction, quality of life, pain degree score, etc. Results: There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before nursing, but after nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); 34 cases of nursing satisfaction in the observation group (94.44%) ) Was higher than the control group in 27 cases (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : For patients with advanced lung cancer, the use of evidence-based nursing management measures can reduce clinical pain, improve patients’ negative negative psychology, improve nursing satisfaction, be safe and effective, speed up patient recovery, and improve patients’ quality of life. Clinical application value.
