To explore the influence of strengthening the concept of holistic nursing on the quality of postoperative care for patients with extremity joint replacement
探讨强化整体护理理念对四肢关节置换患者术后护理质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨四肢关节置换术后患者临床护理中应用强化整体护理理念在提高护理质量方面的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象选自我院接受四肢关节置换术治疗的患者，共58例，在患者术后临床护理中，按照强化整体护理理念的有无应用，将其分组展开实验。对应组名为对照组、观察组，前组患者接受常规护理服务、后组患者在临床护理中强化整体的护理理念，每组人数均等，各为29例。结果 术后12h、24h、48h，两组患者的疼痛程度均在不断降低，相比较对照组，观察组患者各时间段疼痛程度降低明显，组间VAS评分差异显著，符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 强化整体护理理念，使得四肢关节置换术后患者的临床护理内容更加全面、细致，护理干预力度加强，落实到患者的方方面面，凸显出了整体护理干预的价值与应用优势，实现了护理质量的进一步提高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of strengthening the holistic nursing concept in the clinical nursing of patients after limb joint replacement in improving the quality of nursing.
Methods: The subjects of this study were selected from 58 patients who underwent extremity joint replacement surgery in our hospital. In the postoperative clinical care of the patients, according to the application of the concept of enhanced holistic nursing, they were divided into groups to start the experiment. The corresponding groups are called the control group and the observation group. The patients in the former group receive routine nursing services, and the patients in the latter group strengthen the overall nursing concept in clinical nursing. The number of people in each group is equal, with 29 cases in each group.
Results: 12h, 24h, and 48h after operation, the pain degree of the two groups of patients continued to decrease. Compared with the control group, the pain degree of the observation group was significantly reduced at each time period, and the VAS scores between the groups were significantly different, which was in line with the statistical significance. Standard (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Strengthening the holistic nursing concept makes the clinical nursing content of patients after extremity joint replacement more comprehensive and meticulous, and the nursing intervention is strengthened to implement all aspects of the patient, highlighting the value and application advantages of holistic nursing intervention, and realizing the quality of care The further improvement.
