临床护理路径在骨科护理中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探析在骨科护理中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法 本研究开始时间为2019年7月，结束时间为2020年7月，研究期间选取在我院骨科接受治疗的患者共计90例作为主要分析对象，为探析临床护理路径的应用效果，本研究使用对比的方法，故将所有患者按照1:1的比例分为两组，一组是对照组有45例患者，另一组是观察组有45例患者，两组患者均接受骨科临床护理，但护理方法不同，分别是常规护理、临床护理路径，使用不同护理方法后，对两组患者的临床情况进行观察和分析，并记录护理过程中产生的各种数据，主要包括：疾病知识掌握达标率、护理满意度、基本治疗情况等数据，同时将两组记录后的数据进行比较。结果 根据数据分析得知，观察组患者疾病知识掌握达标率为（95.56%）相对于对照组（86.67%）较高，有着显著的差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组患者满意度为（84.44%）相对于观察组（97.78%）较低，相比之下有明显的差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；另外，观察组患者无论是锻炼掌握率、并发症发生率，还是住院时间，均优于对照组，相比差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将临床护理路径应用到骨科护理工作中，能给个有效的改善患者的临床状况，对患者知识掌握率的提高有着良好的作用，临床中具有较高的应用和推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in orthopedic nursing.
Methods: The study started in July 2019 and ended in July 2020. During the study period, a total of 90 patients who received treatment in the orthopedics department of our hospital were selected as the main analysis objects. In order to explore the application effects of clinical nursing pathways, this study Using the method of comparison, all patients were divided into two groups at a ratio of 1:1. One group had 45 patients in the control group, and the other group had 45 patients in the observation group. Both groups received orthopedic clinical care. However, the nursing methods are different. They are conventional nursing and clinical nursing paths. After using different nursing methods, observe and analyze the clinical conditions of the two groups of patients, and record various data generated during the nursing process, mainly including: mastery of disease knowledge and compliance Rate, nursing satisfaction, basic treatment and other data, and compare the recorded data between the two groups.
Results: According to data analysis, the rate of reaching the standard of disease knowledge mastery in the observation group (95.56%) was higher than that of the control group (86.67%), and there was a significant difference with statistical significance (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in the control group (84.44%) was lower than that of the observation group (97.78%). In contrast, there was a significant difference, which was statistically significant (P<0.05); in addition, the observation group had a mastery rate of exercise The incidence of complications and the length of hospital stay were better than those of the control group. The difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of clinical nursing path to orthopedic nursing work can effectively improve the clinical condition of patients, and has a good effect on the improvement of patient knowledge. It has high clinical application and promotion value.
