Study on satisfaction of rehabilitation nursing in postoperative nursing care of knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy
康复护理在关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎术后护理中的满意度研究

摘要
目的 研究运用关节镜治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者术后运用康复护理的效果。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年4月，结束时间为2019年9月，需要选取64例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行研究，患者均自愿参与研究，符合本次研究标准。采用分组式结果分析，参与研究患者均需要运用摸球法分为两组，对照组（n=32例）术后患者运用常规护理措施，观察组（n=32例）术后患者采用康复护理措施，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者护理满意度、膝关节屈曲度、疼痛评分。结果 运用康复护理的观察组膝关节骨性关节炎患者，膝关节屈曲度明显高于对照组患者，（P＜0.05)。结论 为提升膝关节骨性关节炎患者术后恢复效果，本次研究对患者运用康复护理，结果显示患者疼痛状况明显改善，膝关节屈曲度显著提升，总体恢复效果佳，可在临床推广运用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy. Methods: The study started in April 2019 and ended in September 2019. It is necessary to select 64 patients with knee osteoarthritis for the study. All patients voluntarily participate in the study and meet the research criteria. Using grouped results analysis, the patients participating in the study were divided into two groups using the ball touch method. The patients in the control group (n=32 cases) used conventional nursing measures after the operation, and the patients in the observation group (n=32 cases) received rehabilitation nursing after the operation. Measures, during the study period, nurses need to do a good job of recording, focusing on patient care satisfaction, knee flexion, pain score. Results: The knee flexion of the observation group of patients with knee osteoarthritis who used rehabilitation nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion : In order to improve the postoperative recovery effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis, this study uses rehabilitation care for the patients. The results show that the patient's pain status is significantly improved, the knee flexion is significantly improved, and the overall recovery effect is good. It can be used in clinical applications.
