Nursing care of patients with lymphatic leakage after laparoscopic surgery for gynecological malignant tumor
腹腔镜手术治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后并发淋巴漏的护理

摘要

目的 探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗后并发淋巴漏的临床护理措施及应用效果。方法 本次研究对象为我院收治的腹腔镜手术后并发淋巴漏的恶性肿瘤患者，共18例，选取时间为2018年2月～2020年4月，根据临床护理方案的不同应用，将其分组展开实验。其中，选用常规护理方案的对照组患者9例，主要涉及到患者的饮食、体位、用药指导等常规护理服务。应用综合护理方案的观察组患者9例，包含患者心理、引流管等护理内容。结果 从两组患者术后住院时间、护理满意度的比较上来看，观察组患者的整体护理效果更好，指标差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在综合护理模式下，给予妇科恶性肿瘤术后并发淋巴漏患者心理疏导、引流管护理、病情监测等护理服务，可改善淋巴液渗漏现象，加快患者切口愈合速度，有利于患者身体的尽快康复。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical nursing measures and application effects of patients with gynecological malignant tumors complicated with lymphatic leakage after laparoscopic surgery.
Methods: This study included 18 patients with malignant tumors complicated by lymphatic leakage after laparoscopic surgery in our hospital. The selection period was from February 2018 to April 2020. According to different applications of clinical nursing programs, Group experiments. Among them, 9 patients in the control group who chose the conventional nursing program mainly involved the patients' diet, posture, medication guidance and other conventional nursing services. A total of 9 patients in the observation group applied comprehensive nursing programs, including patient psychology, drainage tube and other nursing content.
Results: From the comparison of postoperative hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the overall nursing effect of the patients in the observation group was better, and the difference in indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Under the comprehensive nursing model, giving nursing services such as psychological counseling, drainage tube care, and disease monitoring for patients with gynecological malignant tumors complicated with lymphatic leakage can improve the phenomenon of lymphatic leakage, accelerate the healing speed of the incision of the patients, and benefit the patients Get well soon.
