The role of systematic health education in the nursing of chronic bronchitis
系统健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨在慢性支气管炎患者临床护理中系统健康教育的应用效果。方法 于2019年3月-2020年1月本院收治的慢性支气管炎患者中，随机选取62例作为研究对象。根据临床护理干预上存在的差异，将其分组展开实验。按照以往常规的护理流程，两组患者均接受病房环境护理、药物指导、症状观察等基础护理服务。与对照组护理干预存在的不同之处在于，观察组另外增加实施系统健康教育。结果 从两组患者的依从率、护理满意度、住院时间各项观察指标的比较上来看，观察组患者的整体护理效果较好，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 于慢性支气管炎患者的心理、饮食、行为等方面分别开展系统化的健康知识教育，帮助患者对疾病有一个正确的认知，积极配合治疗，有利于患者身体的尽快康复，达到良好的护理效果。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of systematic health education in clinical nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis.
Methods: From March 2019 to January 2020, 62 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the research object. According to the differences in clinical nursing interventions, they will be grouped to conduct experiments. According to the conventional routine nursing process, patients in both groups received basic nursing services such as ward environment nursing, drug guidance, and symptom observation. The difference with the nursing intervention of the control group is that the observation group additionally implements systemic health education.
Results: From the comparison of the observation indicators of the compliance rate, nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients, the overall nursing effect of the patients in the observation group was better, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Carry out systematic health knowledge education on the psychological, diet, behavior and other aspects of patients with chronic bronchitis, help patients have a correct understanding of the disease, and actively cooperate with treatment, which is conducive to the patient's physical recovery as soon as possible, so as to achieve good nursing results.
