Application of Health Education in Nursing Care of Elderly Cardiovascular Medicine
健康教育在老年人心血管内科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探析在老年人心血管内科护理中使用健康教育的临床效果。方法 本研究开展时间为2019年1月-2020年1月，便利选取此时间内我院心血管内科收治的老年患者76例作为主要研究对象，将所有的根据随机双盲选法分到对照和观察组，对照组中有38例患者，接受心血管内科一般护理，观察组中有38例患者，接受一般护理+健康教育。使用不同方法对患者展开护理后，观察和分析患者的临床状况，并对相关数据进行统计，尤其是患者护理满意度、依从性等数据，要详细记录。将两组患者统计后的数据进行比较。结果 经过对患者的临床状况观察发现，采用一般护理±健康教育的观察组和一般护理的对照组，比较患者的依从性，观察组相对较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；此外，比较两组患者护理满意度，对照组低于观察组，相比之下差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过健康教育的应用研究发现，在老年人心血管内科护理中使用健康教育，能够有效的提高患者的依从性，对患者满意度的提高有着积极作用，同时有利于提高护理质量，临床应用和推广均有较高价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of using health education in elderly cardiovascular medical nursing.
Methods: This study was conducted from January 2019 to January 2020. It is convenient to select 76 elderly patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology in our hospital as the main research object during this period, and divide all of them into a control group and an observation group according to random double-blind selection. There were 38 patients in the control group receiving general care of cardiovascular medicine, and 38 patients in the observation group receiving general care + health education. After using different methods to care for the patient, observe and analyze the patient's clinical status, and make statistics on the relevant data, especially the patient's nursing satisfaction, compliance and other data, to be recorded in detail. Compare the statistical data of the two groups of patients.
Results: After observing the clinical status of the patients, it was found that the observation group of general nursing + health education and the control group of general nursing, then compared the compliance of the patients. The observation group was relatively high, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); In addition, comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the control group was lower than the observation group, the difference was significant and statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Through the application research of health education, it is found that the use of health education in cardiovascular medical care of the elderly can effectively improve patient compliance, have a positive effect on the improvement of patient satisfaction. At the same time, it is conducive to improving the quality of nursing, and has high value in clinical application and promotion.
