Application and effect evaluation of clinical nursing pathways in thoracic surgery patients with esophageal cancer
临床护理路径在胸外科食管癌手术病人中的应用及效果评价

摘要

目的 分析在胸外科食管癌患者护理工作中应用临床护理路径的临床效果。方法 将76例食管癌患者作为本次对照实验的研究对象，经患者主诉、临床诊断，确诊为食管癌，且符合胸外科手术治疗条件，同时，为探究相关护理措施，将76例患者分配为了两组，分别为对照组和观察组，并分别使用常规护理、临床护理路径，探究两种不同护理模式下，患者的心理状态评分、临床指标及患者满意度。结果 采取护理干预前，两组患者的心理状态评分无较大差异，（P＞0.05），而在干预后，使用临床护理路径的观察组，其SAS、SDS评分明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。同时，观察组护理质量评分、平均住院时间及VAS评分等临床指标也更优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。最后，观察组患者对临床护理路径的认可度高，满意度明显高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 将临床护理路径应用于食管癌患者的护理工作中有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of applying clinical nursing pathways in the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer in thoracic surgery.
Methods: 76 patients with esophageal cancer were taken as the research objects of this controlled experiment. After the main complaint and clinical diagnosis, they were diagnosed with esophageal cancer and met the conditions for thoracic surgery. At the same time, 76 patients were assigned to explore related nursing measures For the two groups, the control group and the observation group, respectively, using conventional nursing and clinical nursing pathways, explore the mental state scores, clinical indicators and patient satisfaction of patients under two different nursing modes.
Results: Before the nursing intervention, the mental state scores of the two groups of patients were not significantly different (P>0.05), but after the intervention, the observation group using the clinical nursing pathway had significantly better SAS and SDS scores than the control group ( P<0.05). At the same time, clinical indicators such as the nursing quality score, average length of stay and VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Finally, patients in the observation group had a high degree of recognition of clinical care pathways, and their satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Applying the clinical nursing path to the nursing work of patients with esophageal cancer has high application value.
