摘要
目的 探讨在骨科患者临床护理中开展阶段性健康教育在降低患者并发症发生率、提高患者护理满意度方面所发挥出的作用。方法 本次研究对象为我院住院治疗的骨科患者,对应人数共72例,在患者临床护理工作开展中,按照常规健康教育、阶段性健康教育的不同应用,将其分组展开实验,对应组名为对照组和观察组,每组人数均等,各36例。结果 护理后的观察组患者并发症发生率明显降低,并且患者对护理服务的满意度升高,与另一组患者相比较,指标差异符合统计学意义的评判标准(P<0.05)。结论 在骨科患者入院初期、术前、术后及出院时的每个阶段分别展开针对性的健康教育,并向患者提出相关的护理指导与建议,在一定程度上可提高患者的治疗依从性,确保各项工作的顺利开展,得到更好的护理效果。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the role of staged health education in the clinical nursing of orthopedic patients in reducing the incidence of complications and improving patient satisfaction with care. Methods: The subjects of this study are orthopedic patients who are hospitalized in our hospital. The corresponding number is 72. In the clinical care of patients, according to the different applications of routine health education and periodic health education, they are divided into groups to carry out experiments, corresponding groups Named the control group and the observation group, each group has an equal number of 36 cases. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group after nursing was significantly reduced, and the patients' satisfaction with nursing services increased. Compared with the other group of patients, the index difference met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion : In the initial stage of admission, preoperative, postoperative, and discharge of orthopedic patients, targeted health education is carried out, and relevant nursing guidance and suggestions are provided to the patients, which can improve the treatment compliance of patients to a certain extent , To ensure the smooth development of various tasks and get better nursing results.
