心理护理和人性化护理在骨科护理中的应用

摘要
目的 分析心理护理和人性化护理骨科护理中的临床应用效果。方法 实验中，于我院骨科选取74例患者作为研究对象，存在不同程度的骨科疾病，疼痛感强烈，符合实验入组标准，同时，在入组后将患者分配为两组，每组37例患者，分别为对照组和观察组，分别使用常规护理以及心理护理和人性化护理，对比两种不同护理模式下患者满意度及VAS评分。结果 观察组非常满意21例，一般满意16例，不满意0例，满意度100%；对照组非常满意、一般满意、不满意患者例数分别为17例、14例、6例，满意度83.78%，观察组满意度明显高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。其次，在进行护理干预前，两组患者VAS评分无统计学意义，（P＞0.05），干预后，观察组、对照组VAS评分分别为（2.03±1.72）分、（3.94±2.85）分，观察组VAS评分较之对照组更低，数据间存在统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨科护理工作中应用心理护理和人性化护理有极高的应用价值，对降低疼痛症状有积极作用。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical application effects of psychological nursing and humanized nursing in orthopedic nursing. Method: In the experiment, 74 patients were selected from the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital as the research object. They have different degrees of orthopedic diseases and strong pain, which meets the experimental entry criteria. At the same time, the patients were assigned to two groups after enrollment, each with 37 Patients in the control group and observation group respectively used conventional nursing, psychological nursing and humanized nursing to compare the satisfaction and VAS scores of patients under two different nursing modes. Results: 21 cases were very satisfied in the observation group, 16 cases were generally satisfied, 0 cases were dissatisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 100%; the number of patients in the control group were 17 cases, 14 cases, and 6 cases who were very satisfied, generally satisfied, and dissatisfied, respectively. 83.78%, the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Secondly, before the nursing intervention, the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After the intervention, the VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were (2.03±1.72) points, (3.94±2.85) points, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the data (P<0.05). Conclusion : The application of psychological nursing and humanized nursing in orthopedic nursing work has extremely high application value and has a positive effect on reducing pain symptoms.
