目的 探讨医院智能营养膳食系统的建立过程和应用效果。方法 根据医院患者的营养需求，在营养医师的分析下，完成营养膳食知识库的建立，在具体使用过程中，可分为多个模块，如：配餐管理、智能营养分析等，采取恰当的方式，将该系统与医院信息系统相连接，实现数据的传输与各项工作的对接，为患者的营养健康状况进行评估，满足患者身体对营养物质的需求。结果 医院智能营养膳食分析系统的建立，在患者就餐方面，融入了现代信息化技术，通过对患者的身体状况进行评估，为其制定科学、合理的膳食方案，有助于患者的饮食健康，在提高患者就餐质量方面发挥出了较大的作用。结论 为确保医院患者的饮食安全，医院应加大对智能营养膳食系统的建设力度，整合我国现代化信息技术、智能化技术等多种技术手段，为每一位患者提供优质的膳食服务，补充患者身体所需的营养物质，提高医院患者膳食管理水平。
