Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with connective tissue disease and pulmonary interstitial lesions
综合护理干预措施在结缔组织病肺间质病变患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探析在结缔组织病肺间质病变患者中使用综合护理干预措施的临床应用效果。方法 本研究开展时间为2019年1月-2019年12月，便利选取该时间段内我院收治的60例结缔组织病肺间质病变患者作为主要研究对象，采用随数字表法将患者分到对照组和观察组，对照组30例患者接受常规护理，观察组30例患者接受综合护理干预措施。两组患者接受不同方法护理后，观察和分析患者的临床状况，并对相关数据进行记录，尤其是患者接受护理后的感染并发症发生率等数据要详细记录，同时将两组记录后的数据进行比较。结果 经过对患者的临床状况观察发现，采用综合护理干预的观察组和常规护理的对照组，比较感染并发症的发生率，观察组相对较低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过综合护理干预的应用研究表明，在结缔组织病肺间质病变患者中使用综合护理干预措施，能够有效的提高护理质量，减少患者不良反应的发生，对患者治疗效果和生活质量的提高有着积极作用，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical application of comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with connective tissue disease and pulmonary interstitial lesions.
Methods: This study was conducted from January 2019 to December 2019. It was convenient to select 60 patients with connective tissue disease and pulmonary interstitial disease admitted to our hospital as the main research object during this period of time. To the control group and the observation group, 30 patients in the control group received routine care, and 30 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing interventions. After the two groups of patients receive different methods of care, observe and analyze the clinical status of the patients, and record the relevant data, especially the incidence of infection complications after the patients receive care. At the same time, compare the two sets of recorded data.
Results: After observing the clinical status of the patients, it was found that the observation group using comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group of routine care compared the incidence of infection complications, the observation group was relatively low, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of comprehensive nursing interventions shows that the use of comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with connective tissue disease and pulmonary interstitial lesions can effectively improve the quality of care, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the treatment effect and quality of life for patients. It has a positive effect and high clinical application value.
