Experience of Holistic Nursing Intervention for Laparoscopic Surgery of Gynecological Malignant Tumor

摘要

目的 对妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者护理过程中整体护理干预手段及效果进行研究。方法 本次实验共计选取本院2018年4月～2020年4月期间就诊的154例妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者，通过掷硬币的方法将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数一致，以77例患者为一组。在实验过程中，护理人员对甲组患者实施基础护理，对乙组患者实施整体护理，对两组患者并发症出现情况、护理满意情况进行记录和对比。结果 与甲组患者相比，乙组患者并发症出现几率较低，甲组共计15例患者出现并发症，并发症出现几率为19.48%，乙组共计4例患者出现并发症，并发症出现几率为5.19%，甲乙两组患者并发症出现几率方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；与甲组患者相比，乙组患者护理满意度较高，甲组患者护理满意度为77.92%，乙组患者护理满意度为93.51%，甲乙两组患者护理满意度方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 在妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者护理过程中整体护理干预手段有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上减少并发症的出现，促进患者护理满意度的提升，具有较高的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective: To study the overall nursing intervention methods and effects in the nursing process of gynecological malignant tumor patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 154 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gynecological malignancies in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected, and the selected patients were divided into group A and group B by coin flipping. The number of patients is the same, with 77 patients as a group. During the experiment, the nursing staff carried out basic care for the patients in Group A, and overall care for the patients in Group B, and recorded and compared the occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups.
Results: Compared with Group A patients, Group B patients had a lower risk of complications. A total of 15 patients in Group A had complications, and the probability of complications was 19.48%. A total of 4 patients in Group B had complications. The odds are 5.19%, and there is a big difference in the probability of complications between the two groups. The data are statistically significant (p<0.05); compared with the patients in group A, the patients in group B have higher nursing satisfaction, and the patients in group A Nursing satisfaction was 77.92%, patients in group B were 93.51%, patients in groups A and B showed significant differences in nursing satisfaction, and the data showed statistical significance (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the nursing process of gynecological malignant tumor patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, the overall nursing intervention method has a good effect. It can reduce the occurrence of complications to a certain extent, promote the improvement of patient satisfaction in nursing, and has high clinical value.
