优质护理在心内科护理服务中的临床实践

摘要

目的 探析在心内科护理服务中优质护理的实施方法和临床效果。方法 研究过程中便利选取我院心内科收治的70例患者为主要研究对象，研究开展的时间为2019年2月-2020年1月，所有的患者根据1:1的比例分到对照组和观察组，对照组（n=35例）患者接受心内科常规护理，观察组（n=35例）接受优质护理。采用不同护理方法对患者进行护理后，观察和分析患者的临床状况，并将相关数据进行记录，尤其是患者接受护理后的护理效果、患者满意度等数据，要详细记录，同时将两组患者记录后的数据进行比较。结果 根据患者临床状况表现得知，采用优质护理的观察组和心内科常规护理的对照组，比较护理效果，观察组相对较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度和对照组护理满意度比较，有明显差异，对照组相对较低，差异同样具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在优质护理的应用研究中发现，在心内科护理服务中实施优质护理，能够有效的提高护理效果及患者满意度，对护理质量的提升有着积极作用，临床应用和推广价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the implementation methods and clinical effects of high-quality nursing in cardiology nursing services.
Methods: During the study, it was convenient to select 70 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology in our hospital as the main research object. Patients in the observation group and control group (n = 35 cases) received routine nursing in cardiology, and observation group (n = 35 cases) received high-quality care. After using different nursing methods to care for patients, observe and analyze the clinical status of the patients, and record the relevant data, especially the data such as the patient ’s care effect and patient satisfaction after receiving care. Then, the recorded data were compared.
Results: According to the clinical performance of patients, the observation group using high-quality nursing and the control group of routine nursing in cardiology department compared the effect of nursing. The observation group was relatively high, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); There is a significant difference between satisfaction and nursing satisfaction of the control group. The control group is relatively low, and the difference is also statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : In the application research of high-quality nursing, it is found that the implementation of high-quality nursing in cardiology nursing services can effectively improve the nursing effect and patient satisfaction, and has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing quality. The clinical application and promotion value is high.
